Yodel has launched a new C2C parcels service, enabling consumers to send parcels up to 10kg either to Yodel Direct parcel shops or to a recipient’s home address. The John Lewis Partnership said it would replace its Home Services fleet entirely with electric vehicles by 2030.
Hermes has won a five-year contract extension with plus-size women’s clothing firm JD Williams, for handling UK and cross-border home deliveries. The extended deal, which will run until 2017, will see the parcels firm handling more than 15 million items per year for JD Williams’ 32 brands.
