Ice-cream distributor Eden Farm Hulleys has taken on two new DVS compliant DAF LF210 refrigerated vehicles, as well as a CF340 FAR for sister company Squirrels.
Supplied by Hexagon Leasing, the vehicles will operate out of a new purpose built 73,000 sq ft warehouse in Luton.
The LFs come with a Gray & Adams body with Thermo King T800 fridges to help Eden Farm grow its national chilled distribution service.
The Squirrel truck comprises a DAF CF340 chassis and a Bodywork Solutions body.
Jason Brooksbank, group transport manager, said: “The vehicles are part of a 160-strong fleet operating across the UK and are replacing end of lease and contract hire vehicles as part of the company’s ongoing fleet replacement programme in time for the busy summer period.”
