An arson attack on a Skelmersdale haulage firm left three HGVs worth £80,000 with substantial damage – just weeks after it was targeted in a previous fire attack. Police are now appealing for information after the latest incident was caught on CCTV at the premises of Messenger Express on West Pimbo industrial estate.
