Highways England is rolling out 93 new gritters for use this winter, to ensure key transport routes are kept open and running smoothly. The Highways Agency (HA) has warned operators that there will be no southbound access to the M6 at junction 19 tonight, as repair work begins after a lorry overturned this morning spilling fuel onto the slip road.
