Delivery specialist Whistl has promoted Natalie Sehnal to the role of business development director for its fulfilment and contact services division.

She has been with the business for 18 years, joining Spark Response which Whistl acquired in 2018.

The company said Sehnal will play a key role in delivering its ambitious growth plans in the fulfilment and contact centre markets which have seen significant growth in recent years driven by the online shopping boom as well as companies seeking flexible outsourced contact centre support.

Whistl currently has 350-seat contact centre capability across its Farnborough and Gateshead sites, alongside remote working capability, supporting brands and retailers to manage their inbound customer enquiries whether on the phone, online chat or responding to email.

“It’s an exciting time to be part of the Whistl family as we look to build our profile and presence in both the contact centre and fulfilment markets,” Sehnal said.

Added Whistl chief executive Nick Wells: “Natalie has unparalleled experience in the fulfilment and contact centre sectors and has the ability to drive our growth in these key business areas.”

Through the acquisition of Spark Response, Whistl has over 20 years’ experience in providing outsourced contact service support working across a range of sectors including retail, health/wellbeing and care homes, utilities, public sector, automotive and telecoms.
