DPD has ordered an extra 100 Mercedes Benz Actros tractor units to help manage the continuing e-commerce boom. These will add to the 50 units it has already ordered this year. Potter Group Logistics has had its storage and distribution contract with Greencore Grocery extended by a further two years. The contract, worth approximately £3.2m, sees Potter group storing and moving ambient finished products for the manufacturer to customers in retail and foodservice sectors.
