The Hazchem Network has reported growing optimism from its members after 10% of the lost volumes caused by the lockdown returned within the last week. Palletways member Rase Distribution has introduced a 750kg weight limit on tail-lift deliveries to domestic addresses after a risk assessment by owners HW Coates concluded that the network’s 1-tonne limit was putting the firm’s drivers at risk.

Pall-Ex has signed its fourth European partner and launched its first all-new livery since Hilary Devey founded the pallet network in 1996. The new principal national partner, which can’t be named, will run Pall-Ex France as key-franchisee for the territory.
