West Bromwich-based Hampson Haulage has signed up to join The Pallet Network (TPN) after fellow hauliers recommended joining. Lancashire-based family firm FDC Holdings has established a northern hub for The Pallet Network (TPN) that will handle around 1,000 pallets a night at a new site in Walton Summit, near Preston.
The Pallet Network (TPN) is seeing volumes to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) returning to near normal levels post-Brexit, as customers become accustomed to the new regulations with the help of TPN’s customs-integrated IT services.
The Association of Pallet Networks (APN) has revealed a 16% increase in volumes for the first quarter of 2014 compared with the same period last year, with members delivering more than 4.6 million pallets between January and March.
