Fergytrux, the Cramlington-based holding company of Fergusons Transport, increased turnover by 2.2% last year, thanks to performance improvements and Brexit stockpiling. Accounts for the year ending 30 September 2019 showed that the haulage and warehousing business also boosted its pre-tax profits to £205,000, from £89,000 the previous year.
