Devon-based Gregory Distribution has acquired the business, assets and goodwill of Oxfordshire firm Interoute Transport Services, which went into administration on 17 May.
Former Palletline member Orb Logistics owed unsecured creditors over £1.26m when it went into administration earlier this year, it has been revealed.
The collapse of Surfair Global Logistics has left more than 80 unsecured creditors facing losses amounting to over £1.1m, according to a report by the firm’s administrator Milner Boardman & Partners.
