Midlands Expressway, which operates the M6 Toll, has joined forces with police to target HGV drivers in a bid to improve their driving skills. The Highways Agency (HA) has warned operators that there will be no southbound access to the M6 at junction 19 tonight, as repair work begins after a lorry overturned this morning spilling fuel onto the slip road.
