Wincanton has signed a three-year contract to provide a full multi-channel service to pet store group Jollyes. Wincanton will provide shared warehousing and transport services, delivering to more than 90 stores across the UK and direct to Jollyes’ customers. Former Eddie Stobart chief Andrew Tinkler has confirmed his intention to bid for Eddie Stobart Logistics (ESL) just hours after Wincanton withdrew from the fray and is warning that a rival bid from DBAY Advisors is not in the interests of ESL shareholders.
