Kenyon Haulage has joined the Fortec Distribution Network, covering the Blackburn, Blackpool and PR postcodes for the pallet network. The haulier, which has sites in Blackburn and Woodwille, recently purchased Gilbraith assets from owner Pollock (Scotrans). Palletways has become the first pallet network to achieve Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) accreditation for its Owned Member Depots business. FORS is a voluntary certification scheme aimed at ensuring fleet operators in London maintain high standards, it includes the fitting of cycle-safety equipment and training as one of its components.
