Air freight logistics and refrigerated transport company Mark Priestley SDT has been sold to a new company after it entered administration. The administrator handling the affairs of failed Cornish haulier Ian Aldridge Transport has revealed that a director removed assets from the business before it was appointed, potentially breaching insolvency laws.
Derbyshire-based Surfair Global Logistics has called in the administrators.
