Hoyer has bolstered its UK Petrolog fleet with 26 new Scania P-series trucks, a mix of additional vehicles and replacements. The 450hp HGVs are operating from Purfleet and Grangemouth, with the last of the order set to arrive and enter service next May. The order includes eight Hydrapak and 18 non-Hydrapak trucks. Keyfuels parent Fleetcor has merged the Keyfuels CV fuel card with its Allstar car and van fleet card to create a single card – Allstar One. While the new card has chip and PIN for transactions at Allstar’s 8,000 UK sites, this technology will not be available at Keyfuels’ network of 1,800 truck fuelling sites.
A revised Safe Loading Pass Scheme (SLPS) for accessing fuel distribution terminals has been launched by the UK Petroleum Industry Association (UKPIA), the Tank Storage Association (TSA) and the FTA.
