Leeds haulier 3B Logistics has entered liquidation. The company was only incorporated in 2015 but it had grown to operate a standard national licence authorising 25 HGVs and 25 trailers out of premises in Garforth. Abbey Logistics and Lomas Distribution paid close to £300,000 for the majority of the bulk powder and warehousing business of collapsed operator Seafield Logistics.
Palletways and Nigel Rice Transport parted company at the end of last year due to concerns about the now collapsed operator’s ability to meet its network commitments.
The collapse of Surfair Global Logistics has left more than 80 unsecured creditors facing losses amounting to over £1.1m, according to a report by the firm’s administrator Milner Boardman & Partners.
