Fortec member Team C Express has joined the United Pallet Network (UPN), in addition to its Fortec membership.

The APC Overnight shareholder, was set up in 1997 in Thetford, Norfolk, and its MD Tim Clemments, said: “We have built our reputation by providing exceptional customer service and believe in having close contact with our customers to ensure a successful long term working relationship.

“We always look to provide a level of personal attention the high street carriers simply cannot match.

A UPN spokesman confirmed that the new addition is covering the IP and “partial” PE postcodes for the pallet network.

"Sign up is due entirely to business growth and volumes they are not replacing anyone within the network," he said.

A spokewoman for Fortec confirmed that Team C Express was now dual networking and remained a vauled member of the Fortec pallet network.

UPN has 88 haulier members and recently welcomed back Richard Read Transport to its network.

“Team C Express Logistics are a really important new addition to the UPN network,” said David Brown – UPN’s MD.

“They arrive in our network with an excellent reputation for delivering a high quality service. This fully aligns with our own ethos as a company,” he said.
