Developer db symmetry has announced two major deals with food retailers. The Co-op Food Group has signed up for a purpose-built 661,000sq ft regional distribution centre at Symmetry Park Biggleswade while Iceland Foods has taken a 221,000sq ft speculatively-built warehouse at Symmetry Park Swindon (pictured).
