Gregory Distribution (Holdings) has acquired ARR Craib Transport, for an undisclosed sum. ARR Craib Transport has its headquarters in Aberdeen, with additional operations in Cumbernauld, Stockton and Great Yarmouth. JSC Russian Railways (RZD), is in talks to buy 75% of Gefco, the logistics arm of cash-strapped car maker PSA Peugeot Citroën for €800m (£640m).
