Tuffnells has promised to interview any of the 450 Marks & Spencer staff that face losing their jobs when the retailer’s Hardwick DC closes in September. XPO Logistics has appointed Patrick Oestreich as senior vice president of the firm’s European strategic sales team.
XPO Logistics has added a further 100 trucks and 78 trailers to its fleet – bringing its total vehicle parc in the UK primarily dedicated to specific customer contracts to 1,747 vehicles and 3,144 trailers.
