Clugston Distribution Services has spent half-a-million pounds on 20 new flatbed trailers. Fifteen of the trailers, all additions to the fleet, are extendable as well as five standard flatbed trailers, all of which are currently in service. Canute Haulage has invested more than £1.2m in 11 bespoke forklift trailers for its contract with materials equipment provider Barloworld Handling. The order includes nine 13.6m and two 10.9m trailers, with the latter designed for making deliveries within London and the south east.
