XPO Logistics has extended its contract with Izco Food Group subsidiary Daloon Foods. XPO will continue to deliver inbound product clearance, storage, repacking, order preparation, consolidation and outbound transport of around 700 pallets a week for the frozen food producer at its temperature-controlled warehouse in Easton. Ceva Logistics has had its 26 year relationship with Crown Paint extended after it signing a five and a half year contract, worth €50m (£40.3m). The contract will see Ceva manage Crown’s trade warehouse operation, nationwide distribution of retail and trade product, and inter-site and bulk transport movements. Haulier consortium Jigsaw, which includes MT Haulier of the Year Downton, Widdowson and Pollock (Scotrans) as members, has been awarded more business from customer Premier Foods. Jigsaw is now responsible for the management of in-bound freight from Premier Foods factories in the East and South-East of England to its DC in Corby, Northants.
