The Direct Vision Standard (DVS) ratings for Euro-6 trucks are now available, but in an unexpected twist TfL has placed the burden of finding out what they are onto the shoulders of hauliers and truck manufacturers. TfL is not currently planning a rationalisation of its plans for various congestion and emission zones across London, despite conceding that it has “a lot of zones” and some small operators are not ready for them.
