Hauliers left to find out their own Direct Vision Standard ratings, after TfL surrenders responsibility

The Direct Vision Standard (DVS) ratings for Euro-6 trucks are now available, but in an unexpected twist TfL has placed the burden of finding out what they are onto the shoulders of hauliers and truck manufacturers.
