Tesco’s £3.7bn merger with wholesaler Booker has won approval from shareholders. Following support from the supermarket group’s investors, Tesco confirmed in a statement that Booker’s shareholders had now also backed the deal. Clipper Logistics has won an e-fulfilment contract with women’s exercise clothing company Vevie, following the launch of its online sales site vevie.com. Vehicle transporter Autologic’s shares have today been delisted from the Alternative Investment Market following its takeover by Stobart Group. Stobart Group made its formal £12.4m offer for Autologic in June, having been in talks since May.
