Tipper bodybuilder Thompsons (UK) has appointed Sheri Gibbons as its new business development manager for South East England.
Working out of the company headquarters in Croydon, Gibbons’s role will be to develop customer relations across the Home Counties, East Anglia, Sussex and the South Coast, and seek out further business opportunities for tipper bodies, parts and service activities.
Gibbons joined Thompsons (UK) from Scania’s Purfleet dealership where she gained experience in heavy truck sales as a sales executive.
“This is a great opportunity for me to really contribute to Thompsons’ future growth. The company has a terrific reputation with tipper operators right across the UK, and I’m looking forward to getting to know as many of them as I can,” she said.
