The 11th annual FTA Everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards are now open for entries, and new for 2018 is the Male Agent of Change category to be awarded to the man who has shown "active commitment to advancing the progress of women working in transport and logistics".

The Industry Champion Award will also recognise a man or woman who is championing the progress of women working in the industry.

For each category other than these two new awards there will be an ‘Above and Beyond Award’ and a ‘Leader Award’.

Above and Beyond awards will go to women at any level who show commitment to going the ‘extra mile' to help drive the organisation's success. The Leader awards are for women in senior roles making a significant contribution to the strategic direction of the business.

The seven awards categories include the Freight Award for women who are innovating and excelling in their role within freight transport and the Warehousing Award  woman who is excelling in a warehousing environment.

The deadline is February 12 and the winners will be announced on June 14.
