UK-registered HGVs topped the list of vehicles found to be fitted with emissions fraud devices during four months of checks by the DVSA. A Scottish transport firm has condemned as “inexcusable” delays by the traffic commissioner’s office in processing O-licence applications after it was left waiting since May to run HGVs.
The DVSA and JAUPT will take action against any driver or training provider that is found to repeat the same periodic training subjects as part of the Driver CPC.
