Cambridge-based James Dolan Group has bought Ipswich haulage firm Dooley Rumble for an undisclosed sum. The deal comes 18 months after it snapped up Green & Skinner (Haulage). The offer period for the proposed merger of UPS and TNT Express has once again been extended. Following an exemption granted by The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), the period has been extended until one week after competition clearances have been obtained from regulators, the European Commission and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
