DHL Supply Chain has begun operations at a new cross dock facility in Scotland.

The site in Dyce, North East Scotland, offers approximately 20,000ft² of warehousing space and is suitable for multi-temperature customers.

It is currently operating at 50% capacity, and DHL said it will create 45 jobs when it reaches 100%. However it could not confirm when this would be.

The operator added the site was servicing specific dedicated customers. It has aviation security clearance to support its work with DHL Global Forwarding.

The site has been leased on a five year contract.
