Proposals to prevent drivers from completing the same module more than once during a five-year Driver CPC period could restrict operators’ ability to provide relevant training for their drivers, according to the FTA. The government is beginning to acknowledge the importance of the road transport industry ahead of the general election, according to the RHA.
The DSA is to work with the industry to develop a revised process for approving Driver CPC training courses.
