CM Downton has signed a 20-year lease at Bristol Gateway, on a speculative build completed by Howard Tenens in April of this year.
The location, set over 169,478ft² of space, features a warehouse with 20 dock leveller loading doors, office space over two storeys, a viewing platform overlooking the entire warehouse and "large yard".
Andy Downton, MD at CM Downton, said: “The immediate availability of the of property presented us with a high quality building that suited our purpose of fulfilling our clients contract, the strategic location of the distribution hub with dual access onto the M5 was seen as a huge benefit to our further business growth”.
Howard Tenens has also now obtained planning permission to build a further 467,000ft² warehouse on the adjacent land.
