Suckling Transport delivered an 8% rise in pre-tax profit in the year to 31 December 2015, according to its latest annual results. Pre-tax profit was £1.3m (2014: £1.2m) with turnover up 2.5% to £19.9m (2014: £19.4m). Suckling Transport said growth had been driven by maintaining its long-term customer base whilst adding short-term and spot-hire customers, as well as expanding its business geographically (TankShare, its spot-hire business, opened sites in Bedworth and Teesside during the year).
