Waste collection company Biffa is planning a return to the London Stock Exchange next month. The company has published details of an October listing, which would value the company at around £270m. Biffa’s acquisition of Specialist Waste Recycling (SWRNewstar), announced today (12 March), has raised questions about the future of the firm’s national network of haulage subcontractors.
DX Group said it has successfully raised approximately £200.5m through selling shares on AIM this morning, following a 3% increase in turnover for the first six months of its current financial year.
