TV presenter Nicki Shields will be the master of ceremonies at the LowCVP Low Carbon Champions Awards this year.

Shields has presented Formula E racing on ITV – a competition between electric vehicles racing through city courses – since 2014, and also writes for The Times and the Evening Standard.

She is also an anchor on the CNN series Supercharged.

The Low Carbon Champions Awards celebrate the leading figures in the shift to lower carbon vehicles and lowering vehicle emissions.

The event will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Milton Keynes on 12 September as part of LowCVP’s Low Carbon event.
