Royal Mail has admitted it expects to make a loss in this financial year and won’t return to profit unless the business is overhauled to reflect a decline in letter volumes and a boom in parcel deliveries.
TNT Post has found its postal delivery practices being called into question after BBC London News reported on a member of the public finding piles of confidential post dumped in a bush last month.
TNT Post has signed a deal with convenience store parcel network CollectPlus to provide international deliveries for SMEs. The new service will give smaller online retailers the opportunity to drop off parcels for worldwide delivery at one of 4,800 CollectPlus stores nationwide.
