Research to explore barriers preventing widescale uptake of low-emission CVs

Element Energy has been commissioned by TfL to explore the barriers preventing operators from wider take-up of low-emission commercial vehicles. The research will help shape TfL’s LoCITY programme, launched in January, which aims to stimulate the uptake of cleaner commercial vehicles across the capital.
