Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity in the transport sector throughout the world is predicted to rise for the fourth consecutive year, according to a report from KPMG. Culina Logistics has won a national distribution contract with natural sugar alternative firm Total Sweet. The contract, which began in September, will be operated out of Culina’s warehouse in Leighton Buzzard and will see it deliver pallets to retailers such as Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Holland & Barrett, using its shared user network across ten sites.
