S&S Distribution, the Kent-based haulier snapped up by Palletline last year, recorded a pre-tax loss shortly after its purchase, newly published accounts show. Kuehne + Nagel shrugs off HMRC investigation into £17m corporation tax saving from network fee charges
A network fee charge which has saved Kuehne + Nagel Limited over £17m in corporation tax over six years is under investigation by HMRC, according to the company’s latest annual results.
Trading at Maxi Haulage was “very satisfactory” last year, as the Scottish firm continued to invest in its fleet and reduce costs.
