Howard Tenens has almost completed a new warehouse in the South West, which it has been built in response to a growing shortage of warehousing space in the UK.

The 169,000ft² Bristol Gateway site sits between junctions 23 and 24 of the M5, and has 20 loading docks and a two-storey office space.

The facility is located within a wider 450,000ft² site, which is occupied by home appliance provider Whirlpool and multiple Howard Tenens operations.

Jamie Hartles, head of logistics at Howard Tenens, said: “Bristol Gateway is an exciting addition to the Howard Tenens portfolio.

"We are experiencing excellent growth and have a strong outlook for 2016; Bristol Gateway represents a real statement of intent and demonstrates our commitment to catering for the demand in the marketplace.”
