Tyre manufacturer Bridgestone assisted more than 35,000 stranded operators at the roadside in 2015 through its roadside assistance network. Goodyear has launched its Fleet Tracker app to help operators monitor the condition of their truck and trailer tyres. The app allows fleet managers to pinpoint the right time to plan tyre maintenance and to replace tyres to reduce downtime.
