Gefco UK has renewed its three year contract with Honda Motor Europe Logistics, the sister arm of Honda.

The contract will see the UK branch of the French transporter firm provide Honda with a variety of services, including deliveries, weekly groupage and groupage for single deliveries into Honda sites in various locations across Europe, including Portugal, France, Spain, Belgium and the UK.

They have been working together since 2008.

Brian Marvell, zone leader - transport operations quality for Honda Motor Europe Logistics said the company had been “very pleased with the services Gefco UK has provided in the last seven years” and “recognise Gefco UK as being the perfect partner” for the company.

James Worthington, key account manager for Gefco UK, added: “We are delighted that Honda Motor Europe Logistics has chosen to renew our partnership. This is an opportunity for Gefco to continue working with Honda on operations in their key growth markets and supports our operational developments within European network.”
