We’re not sure if this particular Peperami broke out of the back of this vehicle or is waiting to hijack it. But either way, the picture aptly illustrates the award of a contract to food logistics specialist Culina for UK distribution of the well-known meat snacks.

Under the two-year deal, Culina will distribute the Peperami brand to retailers and wholesalers for US firm Jack Link’s, which bought the brand from Unilever last year.

Culina has not indicated what volumes it expects to store and distribute under the deal or what the contract is worth – but let’s face it, it’s got to be pretty meaty!
