Knights of Old has expanded its fleet of more than 200 vehicles with 34 new MANs. Six 26-tonne TGX 6×2 tractor units rated at 440hp, and a further six at 480hp, have already been delivered to the haulier’s Chichester and Northampton depots, along with 14 18-tonne TGM curtainsided rigids. MAN has unveiled its Euro-6 line up and the first UK order for 100 vehicles from Dawsonrentals. The truck and trailer rental firm will take an initial 100 MAN TGX 26.440 6×2 and TGX 18.440 4×2 Euro-6 tractors with XLX cabs for its rental fleet. MAN also expects to have Euro-6 demonstrators available for UK operators in October.
