A website for operators keen to swap or acquire rights to operate longer semi-trailers has been launched by the RHA. Brexit will make it easier for stowaways to enter lorries bound for the UK at French ports, according to a Dutch trade association.
The RHA has confirmed it will be meeting with the Treasury next Friday (20 Feb) to thrash out the potential of direct funding for road haulage employers wanting to train new HGV drivers.
