DHL’s Tradeteam has renewed its partnership with Bibendum PLB Group for a further ten years. Tradeteam will continue to manage the warehousing and distribution of the company’s wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks to customers throughout England, Wales and Scotland. DHL Supply Chain has won a £14 million contract renewal with Travis Perkins Group, which will see it handle 160,000 deliveries per year. The three and a half year contract extension will see the firm manage national transport operations from the builders merchant’s Northampton DC, moving 20,000 loads annually. It will transport goods for the group’s retailers, including Wickes, Tile Giant, City Plumbing Supplies, City Heating Spares and Toolstation, to 1,000 branches nationwide.
