Whistl is to take a controlling stake in its business after negotiating a deal with former owner PostNL, which is set to be signed once the details have been confirmed. DSV Road saw its profit increase by more than a fifth last year, driven by a 7.3% increase in turnover.
Ceva Logistics, which recently saw its long-running relationship with Crown Paints extended, has seen group profit fall after its contract logistics businesses was affected by Europe’s economic malaise.
