Pollock (Scotrans) saw turnover climb in its first financial results since its acquisition of fellow Palletways member Gilbraith (TS) last February. At the time of purchase, Pollock said it was expecting to see its turnover rise to more than £25m in the future. TNT Express chief executive Marie-Christine Lombard has resigned, ahead of the parcel company’s acquisition by UPS. Chief financial officer (CFO) Bernard Bot will take over her position as interim CEO at the end of September, when Lombard leaves the company to pursue another career. “It is regrettable that Marie-Christine has decided to leave TNT Express now.
