Menzies Distribution has snapped up Inverness-based AJG Parcels in a £7.5m deal that allows it to enter the e-commerce parcel market. The logistics firm said the purchase would also help it appeal to companies seeking cost-efficient deliveries to the North and rural West of Scotland.
