Chris D Kelly, son of Keltruck founder and sole shareholder Chris Kelly senior, has been appointed chairman of the West Midlands Scania dealership. Heavy truck sales are expected to surge at least 10% in 2013 compared with this year as operators delay buying Euro-6 vehicles, which will replace Euro-5 in 2014.
