2014 FTA everywoman in Transport Logistics winners - ALL (2)

The shortlist for the 2015 FTA Everywoman Transport and Logistics Awards has been revealed ahead of next month’s ceremony.

The awards, which began eight years ago, recognise women in all walks of the transport and logistics industry, from directors to warehousing employees. The winners for each of the categories, including the Rising Star Award and Industry Champion Award, will be announced on 3 June at the London Hilton on Park Lane.

Everywoman co-founder Maxine Benson said: “Today’s announcement comes as the transport industry seeks to enhance its image as one that offers exciting opportunities to all women, from young women entering the workforce to those returning after a career break.

“This year’s finalists are the role models who demonstrate the industry is open to all backgrounds and skill-sets and that it welcomes talented and ambitious women. We know these finalists will inspire others to follow in their footsteps.”

Places are still available for the event, which will be attended by around 400 industry professionals. To secure your place, contact Joyce Sackey on 0207 981 2579 or email joyce@everywoman.com.
